Black Mountain sheep's wool insulation is well-suited to timber-frame, log structure, brick, and steel-form construction applications. It is designed for use in the attic/loft, rafters, internal walls, inter-floor areas, and as dry-lining on exterior walls.
Sheep wool insulation is an equally good choice for both new construction and renovation/remodels. For remodels and renovations, it can be installed on top of existing fiberglass and other man-made insulation; this is especially advantageous in situations where removing the older material can create a health hazard.
